These terms describe how Velryq is used during private beta and early production deployment.

Service

Velryq imports business records from connected systems, identifies possible revenue recovery opportunities, and provides workflow tools for review, follow-up, and recovered revenue tracking.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing each opportunity before taking action. The app provides suggested analysis and messages, but it does not guarantee that any invoice, estimate, customer, refund, or chargeback is recoverable.

QuickBooks Access

QuickBooks access is read-only in this app. Users may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Integrations page or revoke access in the Intuit account settings.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Users can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from the Billing page.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use the app to access data they do not have permission to use, send unlawful messages, or attempt to interfere with the app, connected providers, or other users.
