Service

Velryq imports business records from connected systems, scans native Sales Docs records, identifies possible revenue recovery opportunities, and provides workflow tools for review, follow-up, document sending, prevention rules, and recovered revenue tracking.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing each opportunity, document, message, email recipient, payment request, and prevention rule before taking action. The app provides suggested analysis and draft messages, but it does not guarantee that any invoice, estimate, quote, payment, refund, dispute, customer, or chargeback is recoverable.

No Professional Advice

The app is a workflow and analytics tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, collections, credit, or financial advice. Users should consult their own advisors before making decisions that require professional judgment.

Connected Sources

QuickBooks access is read-only in this app. Stripe recovery access is used to read payment-source records, and Stripe payment collection is used only for supported native invoice payment flows. Users may disconnect providers from the Integrations page or revoke access from the provider account settings.

Sales Docs And Emails

Users are responsible for the accuracy of native estimates, invoices, customer details, purchase order requests, CC recipients, email messages, payment instructions, public response links, and payment links sent through the app. Users may not send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized messages through Sales Docs.

AI-Assisted Drafts

AI-assisted messages and feedback are drafts only. Users must review and approve content before sending or relying on it. The app may log generated drafts and feedback activity so users can track recovery workflow history.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Users can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from the Billing page. Access to invoicing, recovery, native invoice payment collection, exports, and workflow actions can vary by plan.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use the app to access data they do not have permission to use, send unlawful messages, misrepresent payment status, interfere with connected providers or other users, reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls, or use the app for abusive collections or spam.

Availability And Changes

Features may change as Velryq improves the platform, provider APIs change, or access plans evolve. Connected provider availability, sync behavior, email delivery, and payment processing can depend on third-party services.
